We know that the best way to make money is to know where your money is going! Stock Control allows you to manage your main asset with ease. Managing stock doesn’t need to be a headache! MyEPOS knows the measurements already (Pints in Barrel, shots in 75cl) which makes simple stock management easier. But what if you want to manage your business remotely or with more precision? With cloud-based storage and extensive real-time tracking and reporting, you will always be in the know.

MyEPOS also has a recipe capability, where you can update the system to note that when you sell a pina colada, for example, it needs to deduct 120ml of pineapple juice, 50ml of Run (2 Shots) and 50ml of coconut milk. This means you can keep track of your Rum, see how much is being sold on is own, versus how much is being sold in cocktails! Set up automated reminders and automated re-orders so you can focus on your shift and not worry about the numbers. At MyEPOS we recognise the challenge with Set Menus is often that customers don’t know if they want 2 or 3 courses by the time you take an order. MyEPOS will allocate the discount based on what the customer actually orders. This avoids staff having to remember how many set menus are on a table and making errors.

MyEPOS is also capable of managing multiple different promotions including timed promotions and Lloyalty Schemes. Say you want to offer 3 for £5 on Jager between 7pm and 9pm on Friday, no problem MyEPOS has you covered. Happy hour is another area where a lot of premises are reliant on staff to be able to offer the discount only at specific times. MyEPOS takes all the guesswork out of this for you. At set times MyEPOS can change price levels automatically to give you custom pricing for specific times and switch back to standard pricing when the happy hour is over.

MyEPOS knows one of the most annoying factors for waitresses, bar and kitchen staff alike, is having to make sure order slips are: a) Legible, b) end up in the right place and c) at the right time! MyEPOS allows you to specify what items print on which printer, prints timings and can also be electronically sent to the kitchen. MyEPOS will allow you to easily keep track.

You have a busy restaurant with multiple sections each with waitresses and an EPOS unit. Say your waiter visits the table and take an order for 2 cocktails, 2 Pints, 4 Starters and 4 main courses. Frequently Asked Questions

Is it easy to change my menu?

Adding an items to your menu is super simple you only have to program the items in once and in most cases they will automatically be added to the screen, orderpads and promotions if applicable.

If Someone Doesn't pay by the end of the day what happens?

Many systems will either insist on the payment being completed on the Day of the Sale, or make you cash off sales and record them separately. myEPOS will let you do either of these OR roll it into the next Day / Week as you decide in the management setup.

Can Tables be Joined or Split Temporarily, What if someone moves table?

myEPOS allows you to easily Join Tables, Split Tables and even move a Single Cover from one table to another table. Your system is as flexible as you are.

If I want 1 Till to Send its orders to 2 Places, then another to different places can this be done?

Control of Kitchen Printers is configurable on a per Till basis and you can even override printing so that a specific Order Printer doesn’t operate on a given terminal so for example Bar orders taken at the Bar don’t print at the Bar, yet from the other terminals all Drinks print to the bar.

You say myEPOS has around 100 Reports, what if I want a different one?

Whilst we believe all reports are genuinely catered for, with a little knowledge of Crystal Reports, your reporting can be as flexible as you are. Many resellers offer customised reports so the world is your oyster.

How many tables can myEPOS handle?

We have upto 9 Floorplans, all holding as many tables as you can draw on the screen. All Tables can be displayed in any size (With or Without Seats) and in addition you can also hold multiple levels of Bar Tabs

My Business has multiple Shifts, Can I Report on Each Shift per Till?

myEPOS has complete control and reporting over your Shifts. You can have Daily Takings, Takings by Shift and with the powerful backoffice report on any combinations of Days/Months/Years or Shifts. You can even report on this period vs another period.

How Many Choices or Options can be offered on a product?

We don’t believe you should have limits on the number of options you offer your clients. Every business is different and sometimes you need to be unique, So if you have a Full Breakfast with 40 options then no need to panic. You can even add all of these options in a single step …

Can I connect myEPOS to any Accounts packages?

Currently we offer connectivity with Xero, Quickbooks and Sage through our myEPOS Cloud Backoffice solution. We have a powerful set of API’s available so the system can communicate with other technologies as they become available.

If my Network breaks down, Can I still use the tills?

myEPOS has complete control and reporting over your Shifts. You can have Daily Takings, Takings by Shift and with the powerful backoffice report on any combinations of Days/Months/Years or Shifts. You can even report on this period vs another period.

Your EPOS provider will discuss your requirements with you and explain the options available along with providing a competitive quotation and seek copies of your Menu to understand your business.

Step 2

The EPOS suppliers will look for a copy of your Menu. They will also look for a copy of your Floor Plans/s, a list of Clerks and content for the Receipts e.g. Address, Phone Number, VAT Numbers, Website, etc.
